  • Day: 01

    Amritsar Arrival and Local Sightseeing

    At Wagha Border, you can witness flag hoisting or flag-lowering ceremony (depending on the time you visit this place) by Indian and Pakistani forces. The ceremony begins with a parade by soldiers of both sides and ends up with coordinated lowering of the national flags of both the nations.
    At Golden temple, you can experience the peaceful and religious aura around the beautiful temple. After sightseeing, you return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

  • Day: 02

    Amritsar – Dharamshala – Local Sightseeing (200 km 4-5 hrs)

    In the morning, you’ll head to Dharamshala after breakfast and checking out of the hotel. You’d reach Dharamshala by afternoon and check into your hotel. After resting for a while, get ready for local sightseeing at Mcleodganj. There are various local shops in Mcleodganj for buying small gifts for your loved ones.
    You can visit the Bhagsunag Waterfall to relax and click photographs. Even head to the Tibetan Museum, where you can witness several photographs and exhibits showcasing the vivid culture and history of Tibet. In the evening, reach your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Dharamshala – Nearby Areas – Dharamshala

    After having a hearty breakfast, you can drive to nearby places to enjoy the scenic views of the Dhauladhar ranges. Some popular sightseeing places in Dharamshala are Dal Lake, HPCA, Dalai Lama Temple, St. Johan Church and Dharamshala War Memorial. Each place has its significance and historical importance. Visiting these places will bring you closer to their historical and cultural importance. In the evening, get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

  • Day: 04

    Dharamshala – Dalhousie – Local (125 km 3-4 Hours)

    After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Dalhousie while enjoying the panoramic views of Dhauladhar ranges along the way. Once you reach Dalhousie, check into your hotel and get ready for local sightseeing of the town.
    Some popular places to visit in Dalhousie are Satdhara, Subhash Chowk, Subhash Bowli, St. John’s Church, St. Francis Church and Panjphulla. At the end of the day, get back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

  • Day: 05

    Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie

    Get ready in the morning for breakfast and drive to Khajjiar. This place is also referred to as India’s Switzerland due to its exquisite landscape and panoramic locations. Beside its fringes, there is a thick forest of deodar trees while a snow-line sits atop these woods. You can visit the famous 12th-century Khajjl Nag temple, which houses life-size wooden images of the five Pandav brothers. This place is also popular for Kalatop – Khajjiar sanctuary.     Dalhousie – Amritsar (200 Kms 4-5 Hours)
